From this we work on how to control the direction your life takes through developing clear goals, assertiveness and raising your own power, without allowing the ego to run amok. We look at a variety of techniques, from goal setting and creative visualisation, to role playing, extending your comfort zone and affirmations, prioritising and much more.
The first day is the Saturday. The second is the Sunday the following week, to allow time to reflect and to do the homework.
Topics covered include:
• Discovering who you are NOW

• What do you have to do to get there from here
• What are your blocks and how to break through them
• How we surrender our power to others
• How to say No in a nice way
• Goal setting
• Setting priorities
• Using creative visualisation
• Role playing to overcome fear
• The idea of a comfort zone and where maximum growth occurs
• Affirmations
• Dealing with challenging people
• How helping yourself first is the key to being able to help others
